*DLSZ Car Sticker and Fetchers’ ID will not be assessed yet but forms are available at the Campus Development & Services Office
Claiming of Books
Parents who paid thru bank or online may now present hard copies of their deposit slip or online payment confirmation, together with their assessment forms, to claim their child’s books. DLSZ is making this change to eliminate the need for parents to still go to the cashier’s window to get their official receipts before they can claim their books.
