The DLSZ Symphonic Band performed in the 2014 CCP Orchestra and Band Festival last July 3, 2014, 7:00 pm at the Tanghalang Nicanor Abelardo.
Together with our young musicians were the St. Louis University Band of Baguio, UST Wind Orchestra and UP Symphony Orchestra.
The festival period, which ran from July 1-6, 2014, featured the various orchestras and symphonic bands in the country.
Leading the orchestra groups were the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra, Manila Symphony Orchestra and the ABS-CBN Philharmonic Orchestra.
The DLSZ Symphonic Band is headed by band conductors, Ms. Nena Chavez and Mr. Linwell Lalic of the Music Department.
