De La Salle Santiago Zobel School welcomes the Facilitating Team of Lasallian Community Appreciation and Reflective Study (CARES) who will visit the school on August 15-16, 2013.
In the letter passed by Mr. Jose Ramelle Javier, Chair of Lasallian Partners’ Council, “the two-day visit will be hinged on sectoral focus group discussions to reverberate what the school has undergone and documented with reference to its institutional self-reflection process.”
Lasallian CARES is one of the initiatives of De La Salle Philippines that aims to “self-reflect the institutional level of Lasallianess in accordance with given performance indicators; to identify areas of strengths and challenges with respect to the Lasallian character of the institution and to self-reflect and define action plans that will be implemented to further strengthen the institutional Lasallian character and the fulfillment of the Philippine Lasallian Family Convocation.”
DLSZ conducted its Institutional Self-Reflection Focus Group Reflection (FGD) at the Br. Ceci Hojilla FSC Center for Lasallian Formation last December 14 2012. Selected students,faculty, administrative service personnel, staff, parents, alumni, external partners and administrators were invited to actively participate in the FGD.
