The Grade School and High School Student Representative Coordinating Council (SRCC), in support of the worldwide effort of promoting Disease Awareness, will have the Dare To Care Campaign on Friday, January 13, 2012 . The project aims to increase the awareness of the DLSZ community on different types of diseases and how they affect people’s lives.
In line with this project, all members of the DLSZ community are enjoined to wear any of the following colors to promote awareness of the disease:
-  BRAIN CANCER      –         GRAY
- BONE CANCER        –         YELLOW
- KIDNEY CANCER    –         GREEN
- LUNG CANCER        –         WHITE
- BREAST CANCER    –         PINK
- COLON CANCER     –         BLUE
- BLOOD CANCER     –         ORANGE
- AIDS                           –         RED
To further support the campaign, all participants are encouraged to donate a minimum of Php 10.00. All proceeds will go to the mini-library and playroom of the National Children’s Hospital in Quezon City.
