De La Salle Santiago Zobel School shall be a testing site for the National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) originally set on Wednesday, September 28, 2011. As announced by the Department of Education, the NCAE will push through on Friday, September 30, 2011.
The NCAEÂ shall be administered to the 3rd year High School student only. Â In order to provide a more conducive testing atmosphere for the examinees, there shall be no classes for the 1st, 2nd and 4th year High School. Â However, there shall be regular classes in all the Grade School levels.
The 3rd year High School students shall take the examination in the 3rd floor classrooms of the St. La Salle Building. The test shall be for a period of five hours and fifteen minutes. A 15-minute break and an hour of lunch shall be provided for the duration of the examination. All students shall be required to come in complete school uniform. It is also highly suggested that the students take a heavy breakfast even if snacks and lunch shall be available for sale at the Zaide satellite canteen in the main building.
Dismissal for NCAE examinees shall be at 2:00 PM.
