De La Salle Santiago Zobel School (DLSZ) entered into two Memorandums of Understanding with the Philippine Center for Entrepreneurship Foundation Inc. (“Go Negosyo”), DLSZ Batch 2020 on September 18, 2019 at the DLSZ-Vermosa Campus.
The first MOU that was signed by Mr. Jose Concepcion III, the Founding President and Chairman of Go Negosyo, Br. Bernard S. Oca FSC, DLSZ President, and Ms. Sofia Andal, Batch 2020 Level Representative and Prom Committee Head during AY 2018-2019 will support the “Sail for Sulu” Project for the Panaud Fisher Folk Association. The students have donated to this project the P200,000.00 that they raised during their Prom.
The second MOU, signed by Mr. Concepcion, Br. Bernie, and this time, with the Parents Association Batch 2020, will benefit the Model Farm Program. Matching their children’s social orientation, the parents of Batch 2020 have donated P250,000.00 to the said beneficiary.
Both the “Sail for Sulu Project” and the Model Farm Program are under the Mindanao Development Program, an undertaking of Go Negosyo.
