IMAS is a world-class mathematics assessment test for middle primary, upper primary and lower junior secondary students organized by the IMAS Executive Council. It aims to promote an assessment with an international perspective measuring students’ performances in three cognitive dimensions: Knowing, Applying and Reasoning.
From more than 2000 participants who sat for the first round of IMAS, there were only 179 top scorers who qualified to the final round. The top scorers were given high distinction awards.

An additional congratulations to Joshua Milan for being a BRONZE medal awardee in the Final Round (a first for DLSZ) as shown here with no less than the well respected Prof. Wen-Hsien Sun, a member of the IMAS executive council and president of the Chiu Chang Mathematics Foundation in Taiwan who personally congratulated and awarded the medals.
