Traffic Management Seminar (TMS) is a requirement for the issuance of DLSZ Sticker and AAVA Endorsement.
TMS is a required seminar to all PARENTS OF NEW STUDENTS and PARENTS OF OLD STUDENTS WITH RECORDED TRAFFIC VIOLATION REPORT (TVR).
This is scheduled on June 28, 2019 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at the DEBBIE DECENA AUDITORIUM.
Note: Attach photocopies of OR/CR and valid ID to the duly accomplished forms.
