Further to the DRRM Circular issued last month, please be guided by the following reminders as regards the HELP IDs. These have been distributed during the DRRM Seminar. 
 
1. The small HELP ID must be legibly filled out and inserted at the back of the School ID. Having it laminated is optional. This will be checked by the homeroom advisers starting tomorrow, August 12, 2016
 
2. The big HELP ID must be legibly filled out. It is our hope that a relative/trusted family friend/co-parent from AAV or a nearby village will be willing and able to fetch your child. It is for your child’s best interest if he/she will be fetched from the school as soon as possible, should a disaster strike. 
 
Those who have not yet attended the seminar are invited to catch the last one scheduled for this academic year. This will be held  at the Sylvia P. Lina Theater of the CPA on Saturday, September 3 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
 

The new students will also have their own DRRM Orientation during homeroom time. This will be given by the Safety and Security Office (SSO) this month.

To allow parents more time to make arrangements with their prospective adoptive family, the submission of the big HELP ID is moved to Monday, September 5, 2016
