The High School Chorale, with guest participants from the St. Joseph’s Choir, had a one-day vocal/choral workshop last May 12, 2016 at the Center for Performing Arts Lobby.
The guest facilitator was Mr Emmanuel P. de Leon, Jr. – a faculty member of the Choral Conducting Department of the UP College of Music, conductor and music director of the UP Manila Chorale, and a member of the world-renowned Philippine Madrigal Singers.
The participants gained practical vocal and interpretive techniques that have helped them improve as solo and ensemble singers. They are looking forward to more activities like this in the coming years.
